✨ What an unforgettable experience! On June 11, I had the chance to attend the artifact unveiling at Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition in Orlando. The newly revealed Black Glass Necklace—recovered from the Titanic’s debris field in 2000 after resting on the ocean floor for 88 years—was absolutely breathtaking! Another powerful moment was viewing the “Little Piece,” a nearly 2-ton section of Titanic’s hull and the second-largest piece ever recovered. Standing in front of it was incredibly moving and powerful. As an amazing end to the event, I took the guided tour—a must-see, must-do for anyone visiting Orlando or fascinated by the Titanic. 🚢 Huge thanks to the team for such a memorable afternoon!
Barbara and I had a fantastic time attending the Florida Attractions Association’s 2026 Conference in beautiful Ponte Vedra! 🌴 Another amazing event filled with meaningful connections and the opportunity to catch up with so many of our wonderful clients and industry leaders. A highlight? Our “On Stage” event at Topgolf Jacksonville—such a fun and unique way to wrap up a great conference! Thank you, FAA, for another memorable experience!
🐠 What a great day at the grand opening of SEA LIFE Florida inside LEGOLAND Florida Resort on June 6! 🌊 We had the chance to explore the beautiful new aquarium and were blown away by the underwater tunnel, touch pools, and the incredible variety of sea life on display. It was also wonderful to catch up with our friends at LEGOLAND and celebrate the addition of this amazing new experience to Central Florida. We’re so happy to see continued growth in the area and can’t wait for visitors to discover this gem!
This Easter season, Kenney Communications was honored to donate a total of 120 Easter Baskets to children across the tri-county area — Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties! We’re so grateful for the opportunity to spread a little joy and bring smiles to local kids' faces. A heartfelt thank you to @HelpNowOsceola, @SafeHouseFL, and @HarborHouseFL for the incredible work you do and for allowing us to be a small part of it. Giving back to the communities we serve is what it’s all about!
These past two months, Kenney’s own Brenda Spencer received praise from two different tourism boards! Brenda received the International Drive Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Month for February 2025. This award recognizes tourism representatives who show outstanding dedication to elevating our destination by exceeding expectations. Brenda won Ambassador of the Month previously in June 2022. The HSMAI Central Florida Board also chose to celebrate Brenda at their March 2025 luncheon for her dedication. From their LinkedIn post: "We are always thrilled to connect and support each other in this industry. Brenda not only shows up but continuously supports many associations, making a significant impact. We were incredibly happy to have her join us and connect with the HSMAI team.” As our Hotel Relations Representative, Brenda is a crucial part of the Kenney Communications Team. She deserves to be honored for all of her hard work and dedication to Central Florida Tourism. Way to go, Brenda! 👏👏👏
